Once again this year the British Military Tournament showed our armed forces at their best. This magnificent event supports the RAF Benevolent Fund and our partner charities from the other two services.
With 600 participants, over 150 horses and the largest massed bagpipe band seen at Earls Court since the Second World War, it was quite a show.
Representing the Royal Air Force we had the Queen?s Colour Squadron, the Central Band of the Royal Air Force and the pipes and drums of RAF Halton, RAF Leuchars and RAF Waddington.
We also had three Bomber Command Veterans, Harry Irons, John Banfield and Dave Fellowes at our stand who were kept extremely busy signing books.
We even had a visit from TV presenter Dan Snow.
Thanks to all of you who came along and showed your support.?
