Here's an interesting question I received from many students in recent years: Is it OK that sometimes we need a physical outlet for my anger? There is nothing wrong with letting a bit of anger in a physically secure. It is not intimidating to be in order and instilling fear in others with physical aggression.
Over the years I had great fun and conversation in my classes that anger management is a variety of creative ways to have fun and anger in a healthy body and how to get to express.
